Stroud has issued and sold today 23.33 million units at a price of $0.18 per unit raising gross proceeds of $4.2 million. Each unit consisted of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire one common share at a price of $0.30 until May 4, 2008, subject to accelerated expiry in the event that the 20 day average closing price equals or exceeds $0.375 per share.
